spares superstore, which means no matter what computer equipment you have
we will have the spares for it and in case we don't have it in stock then we will
source for it from our suppliers. This covers manufactures such as HP, Compaq,
IBM, DELL, Fujitsu, Okidata, Seagate, Digital, Mannes Tally, Gennicom amongst
others.
The superstore implies that clients/ customers do not have to take their
differently branded computer equipment for repair to various computer dealers
All they have to do is bring them to Gath and our experienced technical staff
will repair them quite fast. Words such as SPARES NOT AVAILABLE will be a
thing of the past.
We offer both Hardware maintenance contracts and services to our clients,
depending on the scope of equipment they have. With contracts we schedule
quarter yearly visits to service client equipment and in case of problems in
between services the client calls our technical team on phone or pager and
they attend the client within four (4) working hours.
For services (non contract) we attend the clients' call in the following
working day.
