With new technological advancements in data storage and retrieval, it has never been easier to archive drawings.
Most firms do not usually have a problem with new drawing creation with their current CAD solution, but are paralyzed by the inability to easily access
and modify their existing paper drawings.
Added to this, is the regular need to work with outside suppliers (perhaps for smaller components etc) who may also be only able to offer
paper drawings of their products.
Colour and Black/white scanning of A2, A1 and A0 plans, drawings, maps and other documents to either TIF (Tagged Image File Format) or PDF (Portable Document Format) files using the large format scanning facility up to 600 dpi.
Scan your old drawings for easy storage and retrieval. 
Using software designed the plans can be de-speckled, skewed and renamed for easy recognition. Drawings can be scanned from dyeline paper, plain paper and tracing paper, drawings will be returned so you can decide when they need to be discarded. Drawings can be scanned at 600 dpi which means approx 500 A1 scans can fit onto a standard CD Rom.
